I have been going here for my autoparts for many years. They can pretty much get anything you need within an hour and for very good price. Top notch guys at the counter.

Good price but if you going to pick up the stuff that you already other by phone get ready to take a seat and wait they take so long to give you the parts

We are sorry, that it took longer then usual.We get bad experience people order on the phone and never show up to pick it up. So now we only pull the part when customer shows up.

Charlie and Calvin were a great help. They were fast and efficient, they made sure everything was done to the best of their ability. The customer service was just the cherry on top. Will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommended.

This part store is scam , they sell cheap qualities parts and they are money hungry they don’t follow rules of returning. They don’t even have website to refer the problems. Please don’t buy anthing bc they will not return ur money

First of all you didn't mention that why we didn't take the return. There are few reasons. First is returning part after 20 days. Second part you returning is used. Last you were unable to provide a froof of purchase. We take all returns back.

Horrible Place to shop, the customer service here is like I am talking to a wall, the parts guy was on his phone the entire time I was dealing with him, scrolling through Instagram not doing much, and ontop of that he gave me the wrong oil to put in my car, I didn’t know until it was too late, had to drain throw it out and purchase from Canadian tire, why didn’t I go there to begin with, because this shop is 2 mins away so I walked there from my house. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

It sounds like some personal issue. First of all We do not recommend oil to any customer. Customer pick their own choice of oil, same like Canadian tire.

Knowledgeable & courteous staff. Ask for Marshall, in doing so, you're guaranteed not having to return umpteen times because you received the wrong parts.
