My wife came in to buy a replacement bulb for our tail light on my Jetta. She got the right bulb from one employee but another interjected saying it’s the wrong part and that we need an LED bulb. He came outside and looked at the car and then claimed that we would need to replace the whole unit. He then used his car as a reference on why we would need to do that( Nissan Rogue) After all the back and forth and trying to upsell on something we didn’t need they would not sell the correct lightbulbs to my wife. She ended up going to Canadian tire and buying the correct non led bulb and replaced it in under 5mins. What could have been a quick easy purchase turned into a massive headache. If the employees are not knowledgeable on specific car parts they should not be trying to diagnose issues that don’t exist. Horrible customer service and will never be returning to purchase anything from this store. If I could give less than one star I would
I had a very bad experience here and if I could give a zero star, I will. I was attended to by Peter Arahovitis and to be honest I think he is a Shylock. I purchased a car battery and was supposed to get a refund when I return the old battery. This guy told me that he will not return my money with taxes and that I should take it up with the government. He claimed the government was the cause of the problem and was advising me not to vote for the present government in future. To be honest I am very disappointed because I expected better from a man of his age and particularly because I know very well that refunds are supposed to be made with all taxes involved. I will absolutely not recommend.

Don't bother walking in they are constantly busy on the phone (they will even answer the phone when they are taking to you) BUT their prices are much better and just call in to find out the prices and if it's in stock then walk in and pick up.
Just gave them a quick call to find out if they had a NAV radio for my 2012 terrain. The guy was super rude telling me that I should "learn to sing In shower" if I wanted a radio or something close to that. I than asked if they sell auto parts? And was told in strict no uncertain terms: " I don't sell car radios!". Of course especially in this case the radio controls both speaker, microphone, and the main display. I care little for the music funcation but Without it I am without onstar, Bluetooth, navigation, climate control etc. So a radio, dear business owner, IS now a days a crucial cart part which you so briskly and rudly communicated you do not have.
