Worst Customer Service you will ever get. Since it is a big plaza and By any chance, if you’re repairing your car at any other shop rather than theirs they wouldn’t sell you parts .what a joke. In my case, they keep me waited for long time for a part and in between conversations they asked me where are you repairing your car. I said its in a nearby garage.The guy literally refused to give me the part after listening this and said he is not going to sell me the part since I am repairing at other shop. I mean you wasted around my half an hour for this statement. Learn some business man or go find some other job to do. Disgusting people

Hello Manan, looking back at security camera footage, you had come to the shop while it was closed! So service was slower than normal. Sorry for the confusion,but once we are closed, we can’t just open the shop back up. Buying or Returning Parts must happen on the following business day. We thank you for your business and hope to improve the work we do for you.

Didn't expect a small company like this to have such amazing customer service but they did. I can see this company being one of the best in Ontario for sure. They handled everything perfectly and I would highly recommend them. Coming back here for sure.

My regular mechanic, he does a very good job and is quick, professional and friendly. He helped me out today getting my winter tires on, and got a replacement ready when needed.
