Absolutely in love with the options and varieties and everything. The ladies all of them but mainly Kelly, Jen, and Kai were absolutely wonderful. They helped me shop for my first Toronto winter and were so kind. Definitely they unlocked a new shopping addiction for me.

Hello I came into your store on the 7th November, the experience was awesome from the time that I entered to the time I left ever body was so nice and helpful to me they treated me with knowledge and let me tell you the staff know their stuff. The ladies on duty that day was Cathy Aziza and Syma they made me feel so welcome and they were also real not fake like some other stores, please lol them know how wonderful they are and to keep up the good work they are doing thanks a lot ladies. Edit to my first review: I've been back about 3 more times, due to ordering on line and having to return. Someone who I assume is the manager, happnes to be there every single time I am there & with out fail gives me a dirty look. The first time i went in with a return, she was at the front counter and I walked up, she didn't say anything like "hi, how can i help you." Nope, she waved me down. The next time I was there she was on the phone taking a personal call at the front, when she snapped at her other associate to come and handle my return. I was probably in there for a good 15-20 minutes as I had muliple returns. She remined on this personal call at the front the entire time! Once she was finished she started to hover, even though the transaction was complete. Thank goodness the other associate I dealt with was much much nicer. Came in last friday. Did not get greeted even though there was an associate standing by the door, looked at us and didn't say anything. Picked up about 6 or 7 items, walked to the fitting room &stood there waiting to be asked if I wanted a fitting room... same girl that was at the front walked right by me while i was waiting for a fitting room. So i left, had about $300 worth of clothing in my hands. Don't think I'll be coming back, given how poorly the atmosphere is there.
The staff here are so friendly... some how they make you feel you have known each other for years. The black Friday sales are very confusing. The sales staff was very helpful.... corporate needs to make the sales easier to follow
Great plus size store. Lots of selection, great prices, lots of sizes and styles for jeans too! They carry the Melissa Mccarthy clothing line too! Fantastic and helpful staff and management! Highly recommended.
