I've never felt so exposed trying on dresses in the change rooms, the curtains barely closed fully shut. And not to mention the camera right beside the room I was in. Brought it up to the lady working and not much was said about it....
This is a long review but really worth reading. What can I say that will illustrate how AMAZING the associates at this store are? I was overwhelmed looking for a dress for a Christmas party, and not feeling great about how I looked in general. The associate who helped me, I think Andrea, but on loan from the Eaton Centre, parked me in a changeroom and started bringing me outfits, gently pushing me to try items on that I wouldn't have considered, being so supportive of my breast surgery journey and not letting me hide, supporting me, and found me the perfect dress and cute jacket to match all the while telling me I was perfect the way I am. When I checked out she hugged me. So sweet and kind. But it doesn't end there! After I left and went to another store for shoes, trying to colour match the dress I'd bought I asked a FELLOW SHOPPER for their opinion. Wow, this girl jumped right in and found me shoes, and a purse to match. I was starting to feel sticker shock and was kind of worried I'd be spending too much to buy the purse, so while I was waiting for the shoes to come out to try on, the girl hands me the purse I was looking at and says "Merry Christmas." I was shocked. Then she says it's her day off, but she ALSO works at Honey and wanted me to look complete and beautiful so she bought me the purse. Then invites me to come to the store after my party to show her photos. I just cried. And hugged her. And I'll be back to show her photos. I've never felt so cared for by strangers before. It's one thing to be customer service oriented on the job, but talk about above and beyond!! She just wanted me to feel beautiful and did whatever was in her power to help. Honey associates are THE BEST!! These women truly support other women. Please shop at this store and support this business, they are doing amazing work for women!
Veronica was so sweet and helpful with helping me find the perfect dress :) Had fun trying on all the beautiful dresses she picked out after I told her what I was looking for. She was just as excited as I was. Love shopping at Honey when I need a dress

My daughter bought a dress, quite expensive for her and was told she could return it. Her event was canceled and she went to the store at Sherway Gardens and was told only exchange. Not even store credit. Myself, my friends, neither her friends will ever shop there again. Way to crush a young lady.
First off, wow! Amazing staff at this location. I was assisted by Kelly, who was super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about all the stock at this location. Even though the item I wanted wasn’t in that specific store, she showed me exactly what location had it and I was super grateful to her. Thank you again!!
