Got our windows for the whole house and patio door replaced by Optima Windows and Doors. From start to completion the whole process was smooth and very professional. I had a great experience with Optima Windows from start to finish! The process began with Dimitri, the salesman, who was super knowledgeable about all the different window options they offer. On the day of installation, Ben, Roman, and the rest of the crew showed up and worked nonstop for 11 hours to replace 14 windows plus a patio door. They did an amazing job and the craftsmanship was top-notch. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves. I’m beyond happy with how the new windows have refreshed the look of my home.
