Highly recommend this store for selection and customer service. Marc C gave great advice and went the extra mile to suggest options, get samples, and work with out tight timelines. Bought a gorgeous terrazzo inspired tile and a classical onyx. You might think you need to visit the big tile stores downtown and see a hundred more tiles, but honestly, you don't. This store has everything and some unique European tiles others don't carry. No need to go anywhere else.

This is like an art gallery for stone & tile. We visited a lot of tile stores for our home renovation project and this place has the best variety by a LONG shot. They have the typical tile you'd expect along with crates & crates, walls & walls of interesting patterns, shapes, material, and colours. We ordered tiles the week demolition started and found out one tile we picked out (and most hexagon shaped tiles) would have a 2-3 week lead time. Luckily, expedited shipping was available. Slavica knows almost every product off by heart and helped us find tiles that look good together. Jessica was also very helpful & is very responsive over email. Really wish we knew about this place earlier, it would've saved us a lot of time. 10/10 would recommend.
Before I went here, I called first to ask some questions and ensure they had what I needed. They confirmed that yes, they did so I went over there right away. When I got there, they didn't have what I needed. The organization of the store was confusing and nothing seemed to have prices. The store seems geared to bigger sizes of tiles than any of the common sizes. The tiles are beautiful, but I would never be able to shop here with the lack of prices on anything.
