Worse company ever. Policies aren’t true. Please be careful when purchasing items as you would not get your money back Or apparently there not refundable as there policies. Policies don’t say NO MONEY BACK. FINAL SALES FOR EVERY THING. Be careful.

We came to Dufferin Tile to buy tiles for our bathroom walls. We received outstanding service from James. My husband and I took on a big project and decided to tile the bathroom ourselves. We are beginners and had never worked with large porcelain tile before. James spent 2 hours educating us about tile. He showed us all the tools and products we needed to successfully complete the job, helped us pick the perfect grout colour and metal profile for our tile, taught us about tile layout, how to correctly mix tiles from different boxes to achieve a visually pleasing result, and so much more. We are so happy with how our tiling job turned out. We have received many comments from friends and family, praising the professional look and pleasant colour palette. We really couldn’t thank James enough for all his help and expertise. So glad there are stores in the GTA, where workers are so passionate about what they do and supportive of DIYers.

One of the best tile showrooms. One of the most aesthetically pleasing and beautifully organized tiles I have ever seen. The details mentioned on the tiles are great. Great quality tiles. The way tiles are displayed and organized is so wonderful and the best. Prices are very good, fair and competitive. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Visited various tile stores in the GTA, this is my favorite. 7 stars for Dufferin Tiles. Parking is free and easily available.
Walked in here today with the intention of picking out some tiles for our master bathroom. The only person we saw around was an older woman at counter totally disinterested in helping us even though she was not doing anything! We wound up walking around the store ourselves (my husband and I)and may have bought tiles from her but in the end due to her lack of attention and indifference we just walked out. In an age where customer service is everything, this place fails and lost a paying client!
