I had someone go in for me as I was busy at the time, when the person came back they told me how rude the employee was. The behaviour was disgusting, poor customer service.
I had been struggling with an eSIM that kept giving me errors and was getting really frustrated. Fortunately, I received help from Ami that was not only patient but also incredibly thorough and effective.
horrible service and, extremely rude employee. I arrive at this location around 7:20 and they close at 8pm, there was two customers infront of me and i decided to wait so i can ask the worker if they are able to fix phones at this location. the workers comes up to me and tells me that once she is done with the other 2 customers she plans on closing for the day, i try to communicate with her that all i wanted to know is if they are able to fix phones in this location or not. she then decided to fully ignore me and act annoyed at the fact i needed service. Instead of communicating with me like a normal human being she decides i am not worth her time and keeps ignoring me. If i am constantly paying for your phone plans and other services i expect at least recognition as a customer. Honestly this experience just reminded me that it’s time for me to switch carriers with a better company. koodo does not care about their customers.
Unfortunately, my phone broke, and I needed a new one right away. AMI was very helpful and friendly. She understood my predicament and helped me out getting a new phone. Thank You Ami! You definitely went above and beyond. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yet also helped other customers while we were in the waiting process. I definitely will come back to her again in the future. Ami has such wonderful customer service skills. She acknowledged you right away.
Dillion was very unwilling to be unhelpful. I’ve been with Telus for a number of years. As a customer I did not feel valued or welcomed to the store. His tone was condescending when speaking with him. I was treated like a burden for asking questions and clarifications when given very minimal answers to those questions. I’ve not experienced this before at this location. He is not a adequate representative of this store. I’m feel very discouraged to return as a customer to this location.
This store I have seen a very good and encouraging sales rep so fantastic, Ami I want to say thank you for making choose Telus/ Koodo you are the best and I have started telling my friends about your store thank you once more tumps up to you and your store and network
The service was great and gurveer one of the sales rep was great in eveything I needed .She was very helpful and service I had from her was the best.
