Doug was the most helpful ever! We tried to get Koodo internet and he got a response saying our address was not serviceable. I asked Doug to double-check because that didn't seem right so he took the time to go back and bother TELUS to see what the issue was. He was able to get my address added after a few days and then also provide an additional discount. He was so helpful!! Thank you Doug :)

My friend, Frank Shubert had an issue w/ SamSung carrier Tellus. I looked for closest location via my Moto e6 as Frank's communication device had no visual display our friend drove us, his name is Keith Chatterton his communication device is a current apple product. This location facilities a solution to this issue, compliamentary as the three of us had tried to resolve, Frank's issue w/ little success. Check your stuff before going there! Somebody stole my phone so I had to get a new one. I went there to get the same one and the guy decided to give me a phone saying that it was the same but wasn’t(I had no phones working on me at the moment so I wasn’t able to check what he was saying so I decided to trust him) to learn later that he charged me 300$ for a phone that I didn’t wanted instead of the one I wanted that was 0$ at that moment.
