Great record store in South Etobicoke with vintage vibe, offering new and used records, CDs, books and some memorabilia. $5 and $10 bins usually have some decent records, and don't forget to visit the back room. They also serve tea and coffee.
Keith is an amazing fountain of knowledge of all things vinyl (and i am sure much more!). Great atmosphere/vibe, great conversation, and great deals. If it is not in the store, Keith will try to order it in for you. HIGHLY recommend.
Village Vinyl is truly one of those hidden gems that deserves its own pedestal. The store owner is an aficionado and gentleman. An incredible selection of classic, “oldie” and new vinyl, they’ve got it all. My wife and I have purchased a number of records now and I can happily say they’re all in amazing condition, honestly priced, and the labelling of pressing, year, location etc is an incredible touch for vinyl collectors. We brought our friends over to Village Vinyl, and they couldn’t say no when they found one of those niche records you wouldn’t think was ever pressed. Keefer is super knowledgable and kind. He takes great care in his store and his merchandise - he also offers vinyl cleaning which is very convenient at an unbeatable rate. Superb store! Owner is very helpful and friendly! The stock is top class and labeled well. No poor quality vinyl at this store. Pleasure to have discovered it and will return!!
A very cool and intimate venue to watch local music artists on a Sunday afternoon... Great coffee, great LP and CD selections and great place to hang out.
Best selection of vinyl in Etobicoke! Owner super friendly...also carries good selection of used cd's, high standard of quality, all vinyl I checked was cleaned and in great condition...coffee is great too!
Great place to dig for classic records of any genre... Owner is very warm and inviting... The prices are also very reasonable and is not focused on making allot of money off you like some other record shops...
