I booked the appointment last Monday over the phone with Dr Bianca, when I called to confirm the appointment they said you don't have any appointment front desk receptionist blackmailed me first you have to add your credit card in your file then we ll book your appointment. I am surprised what's going on in Canada specially health services. I am very disappointed.
