Upon starting my recovery for a ruptured Achilles' tendon I was referred to 416 Physio by my surgeon. I could not be happier with my experience so far, about 19 weeks post surgery. I am supported in doing what i need to to get to my goal and truly feel the entire team supports me including Noodle! The staff are friendly, supportive , kind and caring. I can not recommend 416 Physio enough.
The staff is pleasant. The dog Noodle is cute. Hayley the physiotherapist might secretly be a NFL's or NHL's physiotherapist, she is that good. I've seen many physiotherapist for sports injuries over the years.
I began seeing Dr. Orsi after a full Achilles rupture that occurred about a year ago while playing basketball. I have so much trust in her; I have seen exceptional progress in my recovery and continue to do so after every visit. Dr. Orsi has shown genuine care for me throughout my heeling/rehab, and I would recommend her to anyone that I know. This process has been long, but I will continue to visit 416 Physio as I can expect to return to playing sports sooner than anticipated!
