This is my second time to come here. The first time was for my left shoulder injury. My physiotherapist then was named Alison, she was excellent and so wonderful. I had such a great experience then and it was during covid that when I injured my knee I came back. My experience now is just as good if not better than the first time. Natalia was my physiotherapist this time and she is also knowledgeable and excellent. The staff at Queensway Physiotherapy Centre are fabulous. Elaine and Marie are the receptionists there they are so friendly. Cosbo and Joy are the physiotherapist assistant they are also great and friendly! Thank you very much for all your help! All of you are amazing!! I definitely recommend this Centre to everyone who needs Physiotherapy for any injury you have got to this Centre they will treat your injuries will a kind and helpful demeanor!
I’m fortunate to have found Mansi as my trusted therapist. When no medicines worked and I was in chronic pain she came to my rescue and healed me. Not only she helped me reduce the pain and gain back my mobility, she helped me reclaim my confidence. At one point I felt I will never be able to be myself but she made sure l kept faith in her and assured that I will get back to being my usual self. Thank you so much Mansi, you are a superstar!!
I’ve always had excellent results at Etobicoke Physiotherapy, Sports Injury and Wellness. They quickly assessed my problem and set me on the path to relief. My physiotherapist, Heni Patel, was outstanding—her expertise, positive attitude, and encouragement gave me the confidence that, by following her guidance, I’d be on the right road to recovery. Thanks to her skill and support, I truly believe I’m making great progress. She absolutely deserves five stars!
As an out-of-province patient, I’m delighted to share that my experience at this clinic has been nothing short of outstanding- both at the front desk and in the treatment room. Recovering from knee surgery is critical for any patient’s long-term health, and in the short time I was here, the clinic played a significant role in supporting my recovery. Their professionalism, care, and dedication have made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful.
I came in with an elbow injury from windsurfing. First time doing physiotherapy so wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole team here was great. The clinic manager was helpful and made everything easy from the start. My physiotherapist was excellent. She really knew her stuff and explained things in a way that actually made sense to me - not just medical jargon. After about the 3rd or 4th session, I really started feeling a difference. The people at the front desk were quite good too. Quick to respond if I called because I needed to move an appointment, and helpful with explaining insurance coverage and coordination of benefits. Solid place all around. Highly recommend.
Queensway Physiotherapy has the worst customer service. Elaine on the phone acts like she is doing a favour by booking appointments or maybe she is just rude to OHIP patients. She needs a course on customer service. Super disappointed with the service. Would not recommend.
Big shout out to Andres at Propel Physiotherapy for helping me recover from my Achilles tendon injury. The treatment and exercise regimen he implemented was instrumental in allowing me to return to the sports I play in a very short time. Continued success my friend!
