I placed an order for just a few cards over a week ago. It still hasn’t been printed or shipped despite saying that they would be done within 3 to 4 days. I contacted customer service and spoke via email to a very kind and understanding employee. He had requested a rush to get these done in time. But here it is four days later and still not printed or shipped. So I’m paying $50 for cards that I won’t be able to get out in time for Christmas. I’m completely dissatisfied with this PosterJack Service. I will never use it again, and the only reason why I gave it a try was trying to get things from Shutterfly right now is difficult. Might only be $50 a.k.a. chump change to the corporation but it’s a lot of money for me as a retired person. A lot of money to just have no use for by the time they arrive.
I was a little nervous putting together picture collages and then sending it to Poster Jack for printing and framing. My first attempt. It turned out so fantastic. So happy to support a Canadian business and both collages turned out incredible!!! These are gifts so they are not hung. Here’s a sneak peek of one. I had a FIVE STAR experience with Paulo, a member of the Posterjack Team. Our image was not the best of quality and I had some concerns about putting the photo on an acrylic block. Paulo was superb at communicating with us that Posterjack would not make the block if did not meet certain standards.
