Useless.. Asked them for a specific photo size for passport photos for a child, asked twice to make sure they understand. They said yea, yea...well wrong size. Waste of time...and they charged $50 plus taxes...wow... Don't come here for passport photos, you will waste your time and money... Unbelievable..
Happy to give a five star review. Sent two photos for 8x10 enlargements and was dissatisfied with one print. Emailed the store. They called right back and explained it was the image itself that needed adjustment but they don't make corrections unless asked. Phill offered to make those adjustments and reprint the image at no additional charge this one time. Amazing customer service -- very responsive -- and am happy to recommend them.
Excellent experience receiving infant passport photo for 3 week old. They were able to get high quality photos in her car seat and all photos were properly stamped on the back with location and guarantee. I went somewhere else for my older daughter and it took an hour and was a horrible experience to get a photo. Don’t even consider going anywhere else if you need an infant passport photo.
Absolutely worth paying more for quality. If you want impatient and inexperienced kids taking yours and your tiny, difficult to photograph baby's passport photos that will be rejected after hours of waiting at passport Canada, then go to Walmart. if you want perfect exposure and lighting, as well as re-do's galore while being allowed to look at the results, and then getting an extra photo in case your guarantor messes up their name, and getting a cute photo of your yawning 3 week old just as a bonus sent to your email, well, then come to Fotobox. There's no question, that if we want our city to continue to have small businesses and niche storefronts and walkable streets; then we need to put our money where our mouths are, and spend it at these professional places!
Quick service. Quality photos and the option to get digital copies for a foreign passport application. Best passport photos I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back next time I need photos taken. I also noticed they do framing and photo books. Definitely a huge step up from getting photos done at the local drugstore!
ordered a 12 x 18 Print from my wedding photos, print turned out amazing, quick turnaround and properly packaged for pickup to avoid any damage to the print. Great Service
They wanted to charge $300 to resize a photo to fit a small pendant. They said they are charging double for Christmas. Stay clear from these crooks. To be honest they deserve a negative star rating
