I've been with Tail Blazers for 7 yrs. They have Holistic and Raw food that most stores don't carry. I get his holistic supps there too. Sandro and Isabella are great and knowledgeable.
The staff here are super nice and know their stuff. My poodle puppy had some tummy troubles recently, and they recommended the right dry food and gave me a variety of free samples to test out. The only thing is that driving there can be a bit of a pain, but it’s still worth it for the service and experience. More importantly - support LOCAL businesses.
I have been shopping here since they opened the change in management a year ago and the place has gone down hill have not had the 2 types of food i by for me dog in stock last 2 visits employees are not helpful and cannot answer questions about when new stock will be never mind the fact the $75 for a 13 pound bag of food is a $25 dollar increase from the last bag. I found at pet value for $57
Once a good place has completely gone down hill. I was there over the weekend getting my dog food and they had run out of large bags. I told the employee that I would take the small bag however it would only last my dog a week. He promised there was a shipment coming on Tuesday and that he would set me aside a bag. I called on Thursday saying I would come by to pick it up and the employee had no idea what I was talking about. After waiting 20 minutes to talk to a manager they informed me that there apparently was a bag but it was damaged so they sent it back and there were no other options. The brand of food my dog eats is unavailable unless ordered so I now have no options and no food for my dog. Completely unacceptable especially for a long standing customer. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever they offered no solutions
One of the best stores for pets iv ever visited the owner and his manager is amazing very helpful and knowledgeable came back 3 times in 1 day for things Keep up the amazing customer service everyone
Amazing service. I went in there looking for natural dog food or natural products. I asked alottttt of questions. And they we're so eager to help and not rush me . I recommend this place if u care for your dogs health.. because they can solve or at least inform u with things u can help your dogs.. they have things that the USA only has.. treats that r natural. They have bones that r natural.. they have huge range of raw foods. Even the raw food I've been ordering online.. I can get it here
They carry Big Country Raw Diet which is not all that easy to find here in Etobicoke. I forgot to order my dogs food and was very happy to hear that they had what i needed in stock and for a very reasonable price. Great place and highly recommend!
