I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I went to complete an online return, but none of the three staff members knew how to handle it. I waiting over 30 minutes while they figured out the system and proceeded to serve other customers who arrived after me. On top of that, I was coerced into paying for a $10 treat that my dog briefly picked up during the prolonged wait. Staff were unprofessional and disorganized. I left feeling disrespected, my time unnecessarily wasted, and unlikely to return. Very disappointed.
The staff were so helpful. I needed advice on my new puppy and they helped me find the perfect toy. My puppy has a new toy, and he loves it! Definitely returning again.
I love this store, more then amazing owner and staff always there to help or suggest type of product you might need for your pet! I was looking for bigger bag of dry food that they didnt have in stock and they ordered it for me and gave me a call couple of days later to come and get it! Highly recommend you check it out!
