I had an amazing experience with Vibe Crafters---we rented chairs for a baby shower-they were very professional. The instructions were very easy on how to pick up the chairs (we did not need the delivery) and to drop them off they were seamless. I wanted to drop the chairs back off the same day but it took a little longer to get them out of the party and the owner was very nice and still met with me at the location for drop off. I was very appreciative of that. I would highly recommend renting chairs from here.
Not professional, we had a wedding event and rented candles, paid in full and not contact was made. Terrible with communication. Very dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend!
BEWARE! One day before our wedding last week, my husband went to pickup the rentals that were paid in full, no one was at the storage facility. After numerous phone calls and some time past, my husband received a call from the delivery guy, to which he notified my husband that the location changed for pick up. To add to this, he mentioned the candles I rented were not available either. After sometime, my husband sent me a photo of what they did have …which is not near to what I wanted. Called numerous times for someone to pick up the phone and no answer. Several email attempts and still no answer. Very unprofessional with the lack of communication. I would have not made a bad review if they would have just reached out to me and give me a full refund Good luck to you all!

Ronice and her team at Vibe Crafters were super accommodating and delivery/pick-up was smooth. We ordered cruiser tables that were easy to assemble and disassemble, along with table cloths that added that extra flair we needed for our engagement party! We would definitely recommend Vibe Crafters for any event.
