First of all this place opens at 3pm. If this is meant to relieve stress on the emergency departments I don't understand the rational behind this time. I came here at 5:50pm with my 8 month old son who was showing symptoms of dehydration due to the flu and was told they were no longer accepting patients because they were full... Not quite sure what their purpose is if after being open for a little less than 3 hours you refuse patients. Also the nurse was incredibly dismissive. Never again will I go here and I suggest you don't waste your time.
I recently had a total hip replacement at Trillium Health Partners – Sherway location, and I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care I received. From my post-op recovery ( nurse Cristina) and the day surgery team, every step was handled with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. I am truly amazed by Dr. Lochab’s skill and expertise. What I expected to be a traumatic experience turned out to be far better than even my most optimistic expectations. The entire team made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process, and their dedication gave me confidence and peace of mind. Thank you to everyone involved for making this journey such a positive one. I highly recommend Dr.Lochab and Trillium Sherway for anyone in need of surgical care.
I had my foot double fusion surgery I was in the orthopedic ward for sometimes due to some allergies. I had an amazing care from each & everyone nursing care was above and beyond I am so grateful to the whole team . The cleaning staff kept the place spotless. Thank you so much for everything you all do .
If you want to be on time for your appointment here, make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes early. Finding parking is a real challenge — the system is ridiculous. You might end up going from one building to another just to find a spot. Plan ahead so you don’t end up late or stressed before your appointment.
I had such an amazing experience at this Hospital. From the front admin people being happy,positive and nice and explain the instructions clearly. To the staff inside when getting stitches looked out. Today Nurse Shayne (hopefully I spelled it correctly)and his asst,took out my stitches,which were pretty stuck in, but they both made me calm and talked to me,asked me questions about my weekend to distract me. It worked, and I really just want to thank every single person at this hospital. This was a traumatic experience for me slicing my hand artery on my bday, and the times I have come here,have been a great calming experience. Thank you Everyone. Positivity flows through this hospital. Im healing great and thankful. Happy Thanksgiving to all the staff. You Rock!
I had a terrible experience here a little while ago. I came in with the worst headache I had experienced so far in my life with a fever - I took painkillers before coming in because the pain was unbearable. As a result the triage nurse labelled me as a non-priority patient. I was there until after closing time waiting to be seen by a doctor. When he came in he asked me a few questions - where was the headache localized, to which I responded the back of my head, he asked if there was pain in my face, I responded no, he touched my sinus area and asked if there was any pain, I said no, he asked if I was congested and I said no. Yet he diagnosed me with a sinus infection. I had been there too long to argue so I just went home with that diagnosis and medication. I didn’t trust the opinion so I went to St Joe’s where they ran some tests and admitted me for 3 days because of acute traces of meningitis and swelling in the membranes covering the brain. I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care Center to anyone. Spend the time and go to St Joes.
This is on my daughters ipad. My experience on Feb 10 2020 was excellent. I had surgery with Dr Yipand the OR staff and nurses were the best. They made me feel comfortable the nurse in the OR held my hand my overall experience with the hospital couldnt have been any better. Thanks to everyone that took care of me
