I have been a patient of dr Pich for over 10 years and have nothing but the upmost respect for him he is the best dr I have had hands down! He never rushes me which makes me feel very cared for and at ease knowing I’m in good hands Yes he likes to talk and I love that about him as so many other drs just want to rush you out like your just a number not a person He has two new doctors helping him now which is amazing I have seen a huge difference in the wait time and for me that is a huge plus!!!!! You have my respect dr Pich and I don’t know what I will do if I have to ever find another dr that scares me!!!
Stop wasting your patients time and close the walk-in clinic for good. Double the average wait time and you still prioritize the patients of family physicians.
Beyond rude. Acting like someone standing in front of you in a walker isn’t even there for quite some time only to respond with ‘read the sign’ is the most unsympathetic thing you can say in patient care. The receptionist needs to be retrained. If she has ever been a patient, there is no excuse for her lack of professionalism.
I just called this Clinic and was advised that it does not accept walk-ins and needs to update their entry on the cloverdale website as well as on Google.
If you want to Die please go there. Dr Bohdan Pich is one of the worse dr I have ever seen. My health deteriorated because of him. I encountered L4 L5 disk bulge and severe pain in April,2021. My MRI was done in June which shows that. I asked for a referral to Spine specialist. And he did not gave it till August. Every time asked he said i forgot, i have lots of work. I was literally limping when i used to visit him. He used to make everyone wait 1hr to 2 hrs. One day i was late as my kid was sick the front desk receptionist started yelling at me. it's a full of garbage. Brace yourself and don't ever go and see this Dr and clinic. Check his rating in Ratemds you will know.
