Great selection of products and great, knowledgeable staff. Lots of different price points to suit any budget. Staff was very helpful in helping me choose the right engagement ring and wedding bands. Really love their North Star collection.
Best Birks experience hands down. I have purchased several high end watches and rings from this location and have not been disappointed! Customer service is fantastic and selection is great! I made the biggest mistake by going to Birks at Mapleview mall for a repair out of convenience for a ring. For them to tell me the ring is “unsalvageable”. Save your time and come to this location!!!
I didn't actually shop here but I wanted to recognize one of your employees - Taurean. Originally, I had purchased a Cartier ring at a Cartier store a few months back for my wife and as we were browsing around the mall, we noticed a Cartier display and automatically thought that this was a Cartier store. Knowing that we could have the ring polished for free, we proceeded into the store and was helped by Taurean immediately. While my wife looked around the store, I asked Taurean if he could polish the ring for us and he helped without hesitation. I mentioned that we could come back a bit later as we browsed around the mall but he said not to worry as he'll have it done immediately. It wasn't until he went into the back when my wife came to me and said, "this actually isn't a Cartier store." Immediately, I went to see if we could retrieve our ring back but Taurean was already at the back. Thinking that we would have to pay for an otherwise free service at an actual Cartier store, we had no choice but to wait for him to return. Within a few minutes, he was back and gave the ring to my wife. We didn't even have to say anything as he smiled and said that there's no charge and wished us a great day. We were totally taken back by this and even though we didn't buy anything, Taurean's service will definitely have us coming back to Birk's if we need to buy anything in the future. Taurean - thank you again for the great experience! Birk's is really lucky to have an employee who is so dedicated to providing all customers with an exceptional experience.
