Terrible experience. I showed up for my booked tee time and the place was open, but nobody bothered to open the door for us. I have my booking receipt as proof, and they can even check their CCTV cameras to confirm. I tried calling their phone number over 10 times and no one ever picked up. On top of that, my credit card was charged for the booking even though I never got to use the facility. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away from this place until they figure out how to run a business properly.
My boys and I went for a chill vibe, it was a great time. Aidan was great including all the staff will definitely be back with my boys next week this is definitely our new spot!
Don’t get your money stolen. Booked this place to get out of the heat as it’s close by and “fully automated” the other day. Nothing worked, number to call for help I believe was AI operated, was told a tech would call me to resolve the issues, 2 days later no one has called, sent email to I believe the owner to request a refund still no response. Not a bad operation, front as a golf sim and just take peoples money.
I recently checked out Tee Up Social with some friends, and it was an absolute blast. The indoor golf simulators are super accurate, responsive, and loaded with a great selection of world-class courses. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just out to have fun, this place has something for everyone. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming, with plenty of seating, great music, and a solid drink menu. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to get us set up. We appreciated how easy it was to just relax, play, and enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed.
Incredible service! Would give it 5 stars if the software was newer. I've been spoiled with Trackman so anything less than, doesn't do it for me. Otherwise, great establishment!! I love the fact that there's a bar, kitchen and staff present at all times
We had a great time! Place was clean and the bays are decently sized with different lays (sand/rough). Melissa was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. She explained everything in great detail, and any question we had, she was there to answer and would check on us periodically to see if everything was okay. You’ll have a great time here!
Staff is rude, unapproachable and have no sense of customer service. I don’t know if it’s a mgmt problem or just their attitudes but they don’t care at all about your experience. We booked an hour they set the clock for 55 minutes. Didn’t even say anything when they did it. When I asked they pretended they didn’t know what I was talking about. Used the QR code for menu and service. as they lay out to do on every possible surface. Only to learn that the ‘call your server’ function doesn’t work anymore (said with a giggle and eyeroll) like I should have know that. I then am made to feel stupid when I order a drink listed on the menu and told that they don’t have that. And that it’s not on the menu. Obvi I point out the drink in the menu.. and they look at me like I have 2 heads. They have Comfortable bays and the Technology is great (Although the keyboard wasn’t working so couldn’t enter golfer names and found out after we finished they had set it to pro level instead of intermediate or beginner - they never even asked or told us there were levels - my kids are 11 and 14 years old). If they keep this staff, they are creating detractors who will go out of their way to deter people from ever coming here … in my opinion if they keep this staff — It won’t see next winter. Good luck.
