Service was awesome and very easy to setup an estimate and appointment online. I didn't expect the little touches that were added with organization and all the small items and places I found that were cleaned after, but I was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend to others.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Life Maid Easy. They initially quoted $200 for 2 hours of cleaning with one person, covering 1 kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. However, they sent 5 people who took 4 hours and charged $450 instead. Despite their promise that more people would mean less time, the work was slow and repetitive, focusing on the same areas over and over again. I contacted them three times about this issue, and each time they assured me they would follow up, but they never did. This lack of accountability and poor service is unacceptable. I would not recommend using their services.
