THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES Absolutely TERRIBLE. They overcharged my card WITHOUT authorization, didn't clean anything properly, and actually DAMAGED my apartment with black stains on the tiles. The "cleaning" was a joke - floors still dirty, oven filthy, cabinets grimy. This is a 700 sq ft apartment and they couldn't even manage basic vaccuming and mopping. When I tried reaching out multiple times to fix this disaster? Complete silence. No response whatsoever. I'm seriously questioning the legitimacy of the other positive reviews here. You don't get highly rated by charging customers without permission, leaving apartments dirtier than you found them, damaging property, and then ghosting customers. Something doesn't add up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Do not give them your credit card - they will overcharge you. Do not expect them to actually clean. And definitely don't expect them to take responsibility when they damage your property. Save your money and find literally anyone else.
