Gio was so kind! Thankful for just such a happy attitude on Black Friday (even while I was being indecisive) I know how busy it can get too! I had gone into a few other stores and wasn’t met with the same kindness so I truly appreciated just a smile it might seem simple but it can brighten someone’s bad day right up! Grazie mille!
This is a 10 year old writing this review. when I walked in it was amazing they had every thing I'd ever want I was so excited I picked out some candy that I thought I could only get in USA (joyride and 1 up) when we got to the cashier they said the price tag on the stand was if we gave them our phone number and email. They said if we didn't give them it we'd have to pay more witch I found outrageous. They even made me cry because I was going to spend my own money and now it was more then I was expecting. If you are the owner- please change this practice. Maybe put the original price on display so people know and then offer a discount. It was frustrating to spend all our time browsing and then to find this out when we are ready to pay. There were also a few teenage girls who brought cash and didn't want to give their information and it bothered them too because of the price change at the counter and not wanting to give that information. They also didnt purchase items like us. I will never go back to this store again until they change this practice. I do not recommend this store until they change this. They put cheaper prices on the shelf and then it feels like you cant leave till you either give them your information or give them more money. .... or you walk out upset like I did.
i hate that i can’t shop in peace here. i come here sometimes to buy sanrio stuff whenever i go to the mall but i have to avoid it every time i see that the manager is working that day. whenever i come here i get bombarded with offers on deals and pestered. i know it’s their job to do customer service and make sure customers are doing okay but it gets to a point. yesterday i was looking at sonny angels and was telling my mom how they are overpriced at showcase (you can buy them at mr. pen on christie and dundas for $18, cheaper at pacific mall) and i just touched one of the papers that displayed them and as soon as i touched it, the manager was urging his employee to come and help me. just because i touched something doesn’t mean i want to buy it so annoying. i don’t know why they can’t take no for an answer. i like to shop without being bothered, i don’t like when an employee is constantly all over me, trying to get me to buy into one of their deals.
Shopping here was a disappointment. I have never seen such poor management. Very passive and uninterested in interacting. Gio has a very condescending tone and cocky disposition. NEVER shop here unless you want to feel inadequate
I should have read the existing reviews before shopping at this location. The lady behind the cash counter is extremely unprofessional. Businesses should know products are available everywhere, but customer service is what brings a customer back. Hence, I will never be coming back.
I told the front staff I’d put my review on the zesty garlic jumbo (bag) pickle…and I gotta admit the guy was right the pickle wasn’t great but thanks to the staff for being so nice and funny
It’s a horrible place, I got a scooter from there and after about 3-4 months of use, it broke down for no reason. Only used it on what it was intended for which was road and very light rain. I got an warranty and every-time we went to the store to switch to a new scooter, it works for about 2-3 weeks then it breaks down. The store is horrible along with the manger.. rudest person I've ever met. Not sure if the Manager Mary still works there, but she is a workload.
