Customer service is a hit and miss, I was standing and trying to reach for the charger plates when a Staff on the phone started grabbing the same ones not even acknowledging me to at least say excuse me or do you need assistance. I love most of their products but there should be an intervention to educate the Staff on customer service. I bought beautiful weave natural looking chargers and this big heavy stone mortar that is almost similar to the ones I use in Mexico and Asia. Love it
Manager “Deborah” has appalling customer service skills and did not even know what the Ontario scanning code of practice is. Instead, spoke down to a customer even though the store was in the wrong; condescending and unprofessional.
The staffs were so knowledgeable and helpful, she explained the difference and shared her experience. All the staffs were great, the shop is very well organised and it has great products.
