I really love this gym. The space is nice and open, the place is clean and the energy is excellent. It is the best class experience I have had and I can feel the progress from working out here the last year. LOVE IT!
Always feel good to go there , even when I starter the first time, everyone is very welcoming and smiling. Atmosphere is great, coaches are amazing. I am always looking forward to go to their classes.
I joined One Academy almost two years ago and it is by far the best gym I have ever been to. I had just had my second child and was finding it extremely difficult to get back into shape and reached a plateau that I could not get past. Not only did one academy help me get back onto pre baby shape, but it has taken me to a point well beyond that. Although One academy is home to the best trainers I have ever come across, has extremely well thought out programming that keeps you motivated and engaged, it is the sense of community and belonging that sealed the deal for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jesse and his team of superstars at this gym.
One Academy Etobicoke offers some strong coaching and a dedicated community, but the positives are overshadowed by leadership issues and unsafe practices. Holiday classes are frequently overcrowded, and management rarely addresses concerns effectively. Until leadership improves, this gym may not be worth the risk.
This is hands down one of the best gyms in the city. Their classes will challenge you and leave you feeling accomplished. The coaches are incredible, always pushing you to reach your limits. If you’re looking for solid workouts + a strong community, this is the place to be.
I've been training at One Academy for a while now, and it's the real deal. The gym is bright, clean, and well-maintained, and you can tell they take pride in every detail. The staff are friendly, and the coaches really know their stuff—they're approachable and push you to get better every time. The workouts are tough and effective, and the programs keep you challenged. If you're serious about your fitness, I'd definitely recommend checking out One Academy.
Had an amazing lifting class here. The instructor made every effort to ensure everyone was understanding the exercises and had proper form. Sebastian at front desk is super helpful and made me feel welcome right away. I highly recommend trying a class here. Love how modern and bright it is.
