I recently ordered from Uber eats from this place. While taking my first bite of my food, I found a piece of cooked plastic wrapper. The wrapper appeared to be from a plastic bag that had been cooked. I contacted the store and the employee reassured that a manager would call to address the issue. The manager never called.
I ordered two pita falafels during BOGO. The worker making my food asks me what toppings I would like, I tell her. She proceeds to be very stingy with the toppings. There were a total of six olives in my two pita falafels. Then her coworker tells her that it’s only three toppings after I had already chosen my three toppings. The food would be bearable if their customer service wasn’t so terrible but unfortunately, both were less than satisfactory.
Above and beyond service. Delicious food for a great price. My wife and I each got a gyro dinner and split a bottle of Pepsi. Just over $30 for a delicious meal.
Showed up at 7:35 on a Monday when their hours show they are open till 8 and they were closed and 2 people inside cleaning up. Very horrible when they close 25 min early
This place will probably be going out of business soon. Just ordered a pita classic. No fries (someone mentioned a month ago, that something was wrong with the fries machine. LOL) and it's still not fixed. No air conditioning in that place, it was sweltering inside. Pita meal was expensive and tastes bad.
Honestly, the food wasn’t great. I think it’s just another franchise gone wrong. When I’m looking to eat authentic food, I’m expecting authentic food. Not hot plate meat soaking in water, unseasoned fries, the feta fries were Costco fries with feta and souvlaki sauce nothing authentically Greek about them, their grocery store lettuce that’s hardly chopped and all stem made me feel ripped off, it was not worth the money I spent. I was not happy with my order, and I could of made it better at home. Sorry to say but I will never go back :( It looks nice inside though and seems clean. That’s the only pro.
It says they close at 8 pm and every time I've tried going there between 720 and 750 they're closed. Maybe change your hours if you're not going to stay open until you say you will
