enjoy every visit because the food is consistently delicious. The quality is outstanding, and the service is excellent as well—always friendly and attentive. It’s a place I truly enjoy coming back to.
The food is really good so really love it but the Filipino lady on the cashier is very rude and always with bad attitude if you care of your clients you don’t want that kind of person working on this delicious place
No complain about the food, the two ladies that served my food were nice also but the filipina lady in the cashier was so rude, she gave me an attitude because I asked for a bag and told me it’s 10cents with an attitude, as if im not gonna pay for it; gave me the bag either way with a mean face. And I noticed that she was nice with other customers and I realized maybe she thinks she can give me that attitude because im a filipino also, so fellow filipino’s beware. Because of 10cents their going to loose me as a customer and all the people that im going to tell this story.
I enjoy their food every time I'm at the mall. Nice portions, veggies are fresh and the food is well spiced. I found that salmon can sometimes be dry but the chicken souvlaki never fails.
Jimmy the Greek is typically a solid franchise option, but I didn't have a great experience here last week when I had lunch at Sherway. Chaotic service and the lineup was disastrously unorganized. We asked for a Greek Salad and they didn't seem to know what that was. We instructed them on how to make a Greek salad and as you can see in the photos below, seems like they're still trying to figure it out. Strange for a Greek place. Had the Gyros myself and the meat was great, but again, just felt and looked slapped together. See pics. I'll skip next time.
This sat I visited Sherway and order food at this location, the service was chaotic, nobody know what they are doing, it took 3 people and couple minutes to figure out who is ordering what and where it is, there were a customer complaining right before me and walked off, I should took that as a hint. I order the salad which was fresh enough but I also ordered a side of calamari for $8.5, when I see the portion its ridiculous small, it didn't even cover the bottom of a smallest 4x4 take out containers, and my friend who also order the same sides had way more portion than mine, I complaint about it and they say that's how much it is they counted 10-12 pieces and each pieces is about 1-1.5 inch, it was ridiculous for something cost for $10.
Did not heat up the pita bread, it felt like I was eating cardboard. Any other Greek restaurant or food court, they make effort to heat up the pita bread. Even the chicken was really dry
