Called. Yes, they have Japanese Maples in stock. Gave me the price. Was there in 15 minutes. Home with a beautiful tree and some great tips. Had it planted and watered… all within 1 1/2 hours. Best customer service. Friendly and fun.
Very honest and transparent with pricing. Staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase. I will be back and I believe Down 2 Earth's knowledge will take me from a newbie to an expert. I learned about which soil to top up with today and plan to learn more myself as I was provided with extra soil for my purchase of 2 brand new pots. Here is one of them in the photo.

I can’t say enough about this great garden centre. We recently visited on a quiet Sunday morning looking for a dwarf Japanese maple. We arrived 10 minutes before opening and were happy to wait. We were greeted with a warm good morning by a gentleman as he unlocked the gates early for us. So kind. He directed us to the Japanese maples where I found just what I was looking for. It is a fantastic garden centre with everything you need and top notch plant material. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The best garden centre in the area hands down. Highly recommend.
Not very honest or transparent with pricing. Charged me $5 to repot a $9 succulent into my own pot and top up with their soil. I wish they would have told me this BEFORE I bought 3 plants that they would also charge me $5 each to transfer to my own pot. Have not had this experience at other garden centres that offer this service complimentary.
I went to Down 2 Earth Garden Centre on April 29 th 2021. This was my first time visit. I was un sure if I would buy anything before I showed up, but I got there and was wow I spent 90$ after taxes. The customer service was outstanding. The product and the various verities they had were outstanding and I got there before the received all product for there season. I would recommend this place to any gardener. First time gardener or long term gardener.
