love this family friendly gym! classes are great and generally a nice studio to be in. Great equipment, good atmosphere and smoothies / other snacks if you're in need!
Meredith is amazing yoga teacher. She is kind, sweet and also knowledgeable. And she also helps with my 8 months non stop moving baby! ?Flow yoga is great with her! Thank you
So far I've had an amazing time here. The instructors are fun and keep you challenged. Loretta and Jen are the ideal teachers for bells and core and pilates. They are knowledgeable, positive and inspiring. Thank you!
It was great! I had 2 kids in while I did a workout. The supervisors were attentive and caring. I think it's better for younger kids although it will do in a pinch for a 3 year old.
Absolutely awesome practice that combines the yoga movement with elements of more fitness. I feel softness and strength in my body after every class. That's exactly what I want to feel in my busy life!
This review is for a kids birthday party held in their kids zone - FANTASTIC. The staff were all absolutely lovely. It was organized, coordinated, clean. I love the engagement activities and incorporating a little fun and fitness on top of the indoor play area. Large and comfortable space for a kids party, great people... My only suggestion is more lighting inside the play structure as it is quite dark. Just overall very impressive and well done. We had such a lovely party thanks to the team! Thank you from the guests from Riley's birthday this past weekend!
I’ve had such an amazing experience at GYM & Juice! Their unique business model is like nothing else out there. They have it all … fitness, community, childcare, smoothies, etc. Their instructors are knowledgeable with postnatal modifications and the classes are tough and super motivating. So glad I found this place, it literally made my mat leave (and beyond).
