Picked up the team some sandwiches from Jimmy John’s for lunch. I’ve never had Jimmy Johns before so it was an opportunity to give it a go. I ended up going for the cubano, which was recommended by the worker taking my orders. Honestly, the sandwich was pretty good. I’m not a huge fan of the bread they use, but I would probably go back again at some point. It’s expensive, I think 4 subs costed close to $80, without any combos. Service was really great, but I don’t think it would be my first choice to grab a sandwich.

Great place to stop and grab a bite. Clean, staff was friendly and the food was so fresh and amazing. The bread, omg it was so so soft and fresh. A bit on the pricey side but extremely worth it. Way better than subway, Mr.sub and even jersey mikes. 5 star review hands down.

While the service and atmosphere were good enough, the food wasn't anything to rave about. I agree with precious reviewed, they were stingy with the sandwich. Lots of white bread (no other options) and iceberg lettuce. Didnt look anything like the advertisement on their door. Spent $52 for 3 kids sandwiches, chips and small fountain drinks.

I had the same experience as most reviews here. When I lived in Chicago, I'd go to JJ all the time, so it was shocking how bad this was. It's clear that the owners of this franchise have no plans to fix things since the complaints of slow service and unacceptable protein quantities have been unanswered. Hopefully, another franchise owner opens up a location elsewhere in Toronto as this one is not worth going to.... especially when Jersey Mikes is now available.

it was good but nothing to rave about. definitely more filling than subway tho. they weren’t skimpy on the meat at all. i eat subway and im still hungry. i ate this and was full ngl. it’s expensive tho so idk if its worth the extra bucks. 20 bucks before tax on a 12inch sub is crazy work

The subs vary I find, I have 2 that were fantastic and 2 that were ok , the bread is very fresh and never had to wait long , I seem to get the same girl always serving me and she is very nice .

Happy to finally have Jimmy John’s in Canada! Good setup for pickup, subs were as good as they always are in the states. Your bathroom needs to see some better maintenance and care. The toilet is very loose.
