Excellent treadmill repair service. RM has expert knowledge of treadmills and fitness equipment. Scheduling was quick and flexible to suit my availability. Service was completed even better than expected. I was looking for a repair with used parts but RM was able to provide a brand new part for a very reasonable amount. I would highly recommend RM for any fitness equipment related issues and service.
It took some time to connect (likely due to the busy summer period), but the initial telephone diagnosis of our treadmill was quick and convenient. When the technician came, he quickly reviewed the operation of, and issue with, the treadmill. Unfortunately, since it was a non-branded Costco purchase, he was not able to fix it due to lack of availability of parts. True to his word, he did not charge anything at all since he was not able to fix the rower.
RAED was so helpful. I had called him to get my walking pad fixed and he was able to guide me. Very kind man. I would recommend his services for treadmill repair to everyone.

This guy is a con artist, 130 dollars plus tax just to come and check the treadmill. This doesn’t include fixing the treadmill. To put things into perspective, servicing a bmw at a dealership isn’t even this expensive per hour. Going to a doctor’s office (mind you a doctor studies for years to treat a patient) costs less than this per hour. It’s a treadmill not a spaceship lol, avoid this guy at all costs ? With regards to the business owner’s reply, I stand by my review, stand by your ridiculous pricing lol doing dishonest business in Canada is a crime.
Unreliable Was supposed to meet me and instead went awol and refused to communicate ignoring my text and calls. Had to go elsewhere to get my gym unit fixed. Could have just told me that he couldn’t resolve my issue instead of ignoring me . Would not recommend
We had two machines that needed repairing: a treadmill and a stationary bike. Treadmill was restored to function - great outcome. Bike was repaired, the repair didn't hold, he told us he would order a part and then he didn't respond to phone messages and texts - disappointing outcome.
