It's sad that my local Fitness Depot in Scarborough is permanently closed so I had to drive out to the west end store. Apparently, the owner of Fitness Depot is looking to sell off and retire which is sad. This store had THE BEST prices in Toronto for the equipment I use. While I easily found what I wanted (thanks to the friendly staff member), the store was in total disarray. It looks as though they moved to a different unit within the building which made it tricky to locate them because they were no longer in unit 3 as listed. I was told that Fitness Depot may be gone within the next few months so if you have equipment you want to add to your home gym, NOW may be the time to get a really good deal. As I mentioned, their prices are already the best, but if they're closing for good soon, you may be able to score even better.
I inquired about shipping a small item to Nova Scotia and was told they don't do this type of thing. Seemed a bit odd a business would not ship a product.
Nothing but problems with Precor 211 treadmill. My parents have tried everything to resolve this but this 'company' doesn't seem to care. Now we find out, these treadmills are discontinued. My parents weren't told that before buying. We just want our money back, but our request is being ignored. Rip off!
I went to this exact store to get my bands replaced a couple days ago and the person who helped me is a really nice guy! .. I appreciate what these guys do for us. They are really there for us. Highly recommended ? ? ?
I had modified my Google review back to 4 star, someone has responded through my review and I am awaiting service next week. Once my service has been complete I will update my review once again. Thank you Fitness Depot for responding, I patiently wait until next week.
Purchased a home exercise bike and weights. from their store at 3-40 Ronson Dr. Etobicoke, ON. - Davis, my salesperson helped me choose the right equipment for me and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and professional. - Naser, along with 2 other men delivered and setup the bike for me. They were very friendly as well. They did a professional job. Naser also showed me how to use the control panel. * Note there was one thing I was not happy about. They do not offer extended warranty on the Upright Exercise Bike I purchased. The company that they deal with I believe is from China. Unfortunately, when I tried to look up the manufacturer's contact info I could not find any. So the only resource you have is to speak with the seller.
Purchased 25 lbs bumper weights from Etobicoke location in early November. Want to exchange them for 35s, and pay the difference. Spoke to the staff they said there are no exchanges on anything when the product leaves the store. When I purchased the weights the staff did mention this. I am taking my business to their competition Amazon! Do not buy from FitnessDepot horrible customers service!
