I had a pant that needed to be hem in the most inconvenient way. This place did it perfectly without taking away from the embroidery. Will definitely be going back!

Queen’s cleaners always offers friendly service in a professional and timely manner. Cannot recommend them enough for dry cleaning and all alternation services. I have been coming to this location for years and the service is 5 stars!!

I had 2 comforters cleaned here. They came back still with the same odours plus other stale odours on top of that. Not fresh at all. In fact, it seemed like they were not cleaned at all. Not coming back.

I asked the tailor to take in 1 inch on each side of my pants, he kept saying it's expensive, not worth it, I'd rather buy a new one, things like that. He was just not explicitly saying he wouldn't take it. I think the customer should have the final say on whether they decide to alter the pants or not. Doesn't recommend this store at all.

I drove across the city to come here right when they opened as they advertise on their site and store front “same day service” if dropped before 10AM. I got there at 8AM and they said they can’t do same day service. Gentlemen didn’t seem bothered that he was retaining false advertisements. Clothes were for a funeral.

Queens Cleaners did a perfect job with the alterations for my dress with only a few days notice! I would highly recommend this place for any alterations / cleaning needs. I will definitely be coming back !
