I wish I could give them zero star . But car for my son and after opening found out the battery lid was missing . Came to change with bill and everything but they refused to change it as their excuse was we need original packing how can packing be same if the box is opened and prices are very high with no guarantee at all.
After trying to purchase a ‘Bamboo seat’ and a ‘Seat Solution’ seat cushion, I was told they were on sale for $24.99 each. Now the ‘Bamboo seat cushion’ had a reg price tag for $29.99, and the ‘Seat Solution’ did not have a price tag. When I tried to complete a purchase for both units, I was told by an elder female staffer that the price was wrong and it would cost me $48.99! Lady are you kidding me!! The cushions were covered in dust therefore NO ONE has bought a cushion since I saw them in January for $29.99. BEWARE
I’ve been going to this store from a while now but the new girl prabh is very friendly and kind hearted person. Really need more people like these in the world. She was very kind to me and helped me finding the product i need and always treated me with respect. Worth every penny if you’re visiting during her hours.
Everything in this shop very nice. Price doesn't matter if the quality of products is good. I also appreciate a girl working here, she is very polite and friendly.
I visited this shop recently. Store has wide range of products. Sales person are friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent shop to buy electronic gadgets.
Very poor customer service - why sell products if you can pick up the phone to attend to customers. Phone hardly gets picked up and services is poor. Need to have more than one staff in the store if that’s the case ..
Been to this store for the very first time the girl named Yasmeen welcomed really well and helped me through out. Surely gonna come again soon to this place .
