Went in to grab an SD card, and they sold me a 32gb card in a package which used to be for a 128gb card and was stapled closed with white out covering the original capacity. Noticed when I got home and went back a couple hours later and the worker would not refund me. I wanted a refund but they told me that electronics are final sale (which was not told to me when I made my original purchase). However they were willing to exchange it for another card which would be final sale. It was hard to trust another card from their supplier would work, but I grudgingly accepted and because the second card seems to work, 2 stars. I don't think I can trust purchasing here again.
My samsung Phone water Damaged and the store owner fixed it in 1 day for good price. He told me that he will try and if not fixed , he will not charge me for his time spend on it but he fixed it which was amazing. Very nice customer service and repair time.
