I experienced a challenge receiving my package and was initially concerned that it would not arrive in time for Christmas gifts. However, Sahar was amazing, she communicated clearly and consistently with me and found an alternative way for me to receive my package in time. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and I truly appreciate the extra effort she put in to help resolve this issue.
Fancy Face has done my makeup on several occasions and I can’t recommend them enough. They are incredible at what they do and their attention to detail is excellent.
