service from the store was great I think the name was Seima - I have heard the products are good from this brand and finally purchased tot try with good help \ recommendation. thank you again
I honestly had such a lovely experience at the Aveda store in Sherway Gardens! AISHA was amazing. The last time I came in, she took the time to do a hair check and gave me a few samples to try. The products were new to me, but she made me feel so comfortable, patiently explaining everything and even trying to speak my language so I could really understand how to use them. That small gesture meant so much. I actually live in Mississauga, and even though the Square One store is closer, I came all the way back here just to buy from her. It’s true — you don’t just remember what you buy, you remember how someone made you feel. And AISHA made me feel so welcomed. Highly recommend this location!
I had both a positive and negative experience here. I asked about a certain kind of shampoo and was given several free samples. I was asked for my personal phone and email for a follow-up. The sales girl I think her name was Priyanka did not tell me whether this would be shared in any way. When I came home I was already getting phishing emails. That has never happened to me with that particular email. Very odd experience indeed.
I was so pleased by the service here i was helped by saima who was so attentive and listened to all my concerns i have extremely curly hair and she assisted me and walked through so many different options for my hair type. I felt she really provided a one on one consultation which was such a lovely experience. She spent a lot of time explaining the products to me which was super refreshing. She was also extremely courteous and kind especially because i asksed so many questions she took her time and was so patient with explaining the science of aveeda to me! As someone skeptical of hair products i was really glad for saimas level of customer service and care
I couldn't help but notice that the manager's personal hygiene appeared to be lacking, she said her name is Saima. There was a noticeable odor and what appeared to be dandruff on their hair and clothing, which was off-putting. During my interaction, I found the manager to be consistently rude and dismissive. Despite my attempts to engage in polite conversation and ask questions about the products, I was met with curt responses and a lack of attention. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of Aveda's products, this particular experience with the manager at Sherway Gardens was disappointing. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues and ensure that all customers receive the level of service and professionalism they deserve.
I had the displeasure of encountering the most incompetent and utterly disrespectful manager, (she said her name was Sayma), during my recent visit to Sherway. From the moment I walked into the store, it was abundantly clear that customer service was not even a remote priority for her. Despite being the only patron in the store, Saima couldn't even be bothered to look up from her personal phone to acknowledge my presence. It was as if I was invisible to her. When she finally deigned to address me, it was with such disdain and condescension that I wondered if I had inadvertently stumbled into a hostile territory. To add insult to injury, Saima assumed I couldn't comprehend English, despite my flawless fluency and professional credentials as a pediatric doctor. She spoke to me as if I were a child, slowly enunciating her words and asking if I understood. It was beyond insulting—it was downright humiliating. And as if her abysmal attitude wasn't enough, when I asked for a simple recommendation for shampoo, she couldn't even be bothered to provide a coherent response. Instead, she lazily gestured toward a wall of products and muttered something about "any of those." It was the epitome of incompetence and indifference. In conclusion, Saima's abhorrent behavior not only soured my experience at Sherway but also left me utterly flabbergasted. It's unfathomable that someone in a managerial position could be so blatantly rude and dismissive. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this store like the plague unless you enjoy being treated with utter contempt.
I just went to Aveda store at Sherway Garden… I met really very helpful and professional person… her name is Saima.. she assisted me with products and gave me sample to try too… she was very polite and knowledgeable… thanks Saima… ?
