They operate as the UPS pick up spot, I wouldn't come near this place otherwise - complete dump. They acted like I bothered them and were rude overall - great customer service financed by UPS.
I've been here 3 days in a row for an energy drink in the morning and I was charged 3 different prices for the same drink. They were different flavors, mind you, but I have never had to pay more for a differnet flavor of the same drink, even if it was a limited flavor(which none of these are. I purchase the Celsius and the one today cost me $4.81, the one yesterday cost me $4.56, the the day before that it was $5.12(wow). I remember what flavors I got so I will update if I am getting priced by the flavor, or if the cashier is just making up the prices on the spot.
This place is trash. I got a passport photo taken. Upon leaving, I was skeptical with the quality of the photo, with shadows in the background. I returned a couple of days later, asking for my money back and they rejected my request. Instead, they offered to retake the photo. This photo retake resulted in the same shadowing, and they tried to convince me that the passport office would accept it. I just left the passport office, and guess what? Rejected both, original photo, and retaken photo. So yes, this place is trash and a bunch of thieves.
Shopping here is frustrating because I have to ask the cashier the price of every single thing I want to buy. There’s no way to browse quickly or know how much you're spending until you get to the register. This lack of price transparency makes the shopping experience inconvenient and feels a bit outdated. I hope the management starts adding clear shelf labels or price tags soon, it would make a huge difference for your customers!

This store is full of surprises. Hopefully you don’t like something and if you do the next two months will be out of stock. Owner doesn’t have proper experience to keep his shelves properly stocked. Owners/staff does not take care of his property , garbage just piles up and blows all over the place , neighbourhood has been complaining but nothing has changed . To top it off … two staff members complained about not being paid by owner. All in all , the franchise needs to find a better fit for this place.
