Today at 9:30 PM I experienced completely inappropriate behavior from a young guy who acted as if I had walked into his house uninvited instead of a store. He looked annoyed, like he was on vacation and I was disturbing him. After selling me the item, he tossed the change so carelessly that it hit the floor, and then muttered a half‑hearted “sorry” with such a dissatisfied face that it sounded more like a favor than an apology. I chose not to create a scene because my peace of mind is more valuable. And judging by the reviews I read afterward, this isn’t even the first time — turns out he’s already the star of plenty of negative feedback here. To make it clear I’m not the only one, I’m attaching his photo from a previous review I found right here. Someone needs to finally explain to this guy what customer service actually means and remind him that he’s at work, not at home.
The guy told me on call that if we have that items or not we can’t tell you on call. You will have to come here nd check. Like bro have some manners how the hell I am supposed to go nd check like if you have it tell me yes or not i would have buy it from other store. Nd ssly in this heatwave nd weather have some common sense nd manners how to talk with customers.
During my visit last evening ,I encountered an employee who was quite rude and seemed inexperienced in customer communication .i think it was the same guy with previous review picture .i think he is ruining the reputation of hasty market .very disappointed.otherwise store is good and clean
Everytime I went to buy a vape he refuses to give me one telling that he's busy it was the fourth time I had all my documents that proved that I am over 19 in age but still he refused saying that he was busy with his work to give me a vape if that's the case the store should be closed but it said that it was opened I literally went all the way in uber to buy a vape paid 20 bucks for the uber and he literally said that he couldn't give me any vape the other guy is too friendly he always is friendly but this guy is always rude u please act on him cuz hes damaging ur marketting u should look upon this matter ill really appreciate it was around 11:50 cuz that time is when I get off from work I hope you'll act on this I like that store ❤️pls look on this matter sir I am sorry for the bad review I like the store but this guy is ruining your reputation ❤️
