Great experience and customer support! I contacted Memory Express Etobicoke recently for a PC case that's in high demand and spoke to Jeff there who was very professional and courteous. Although the case I wanted was unavailable he was able to store transfer it from a different location for me, did his best to minimize shipping costs, and kept me informed on pricing, timing, etc. 10/10 for me and will definitely keep Memory Express top of mind for my PC needs in the future.
Everything at this store, especially Josh is amazing. They really care about their customers, I’ve probably talked on the phone more than I’ve been to the store? I just wish they had one closer, but I wouldn’t get any of my stuff if it wasn’t from here. Had a share of what CC offers and honestly I’m never going back. Memory Express is the way.
I just bought a new PC from here and honestly had such a good experience. They took their time answering all my questions, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I understood what I was getting. The build turned out beautiful and you can tell they really care about their work. Overall, I’m super happy with everything. Amazing service thank you!
This was my first time purchasing anything at MemoryExpress, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at this location. Huge shoutout to Jamie - there were some pricing issues with an item I was picking up and Jaime really went above and beyond to make sure that the issues were resolved. He kept me in the loop and it was really easy to communicate with him. Roop is another knowledgeable member and gave a couple of hints as to where to cut costs to save me a couple of bucks. Overall, excellent customer service and an awesome first experience. I’ll definitely look to come back in the future.
I don't recommend the IPR. Great guys here but was disappointed in the way the IPR was handled or what it really covers. On top of that the PC was ready for a few days but no call to pick it up resulting in missed work. On top of that the IPR replacement was different then what was said on the phone even though I paid the difference for the new card(oh and paid for the diagnostic which should have been refunded or deducted in the difference I paid on the new card as the card was the issue and the card has IPR which covers the diagnostic but whatever I'm fine with that). What bothered me is the wrong card(which I paid the difference and discussed on the phone). But I didn't bother wanting to argue when I went to go pick up the PC as we already went back and forth on the phone. But I felt played. FYI I was told its a MSI Trio 5080 and not the shadow 3x. You didn't keep your word there. Hence the toned down review. Otherwise I am glad I got the PC back in working shape. I just won't be coming back to buy anything nor buying the IPR again. They lost of a customer there. I don't recommend the IPR.
Memory Express did a really good job of fixing the iPad screen but more importantly, resolving an issue that came up through the process. Thank you for your help with fixing the iPad. It works perfectly now!
Excellent managers and staff. Among the outstanding is Jeff Goguen in sales, Conrad Portelli (manager), and Joshua. All the wonderful staff make the experience of understanding complicated technology less intimidating and stressful for customers who lack confidence and knowledge in this field. Deeply appreciative to and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Memory Express location! P.S. The laptop Jeff Goguen recommended works beautifully for me. I called for assistance twice and Jeff patiently helped me resolve some issues.
