Lied about having product instore and tried to sell you something different. Very poor attitude from the gentleman behind the counter Other colour was offered and when asked price was informed he did not want to sell it to me anyways and to have a good day.
Horrible customer service. Can't believe they scammed me! They sold me a "new phone" that was horribly repaired by them and cost $250 at an authorized repair center to fix it.
You can 100% trust these guys. I combed the city looking for two Macbook pro's with 16gb unified memory and 1TB with the new M1 chip. Not only could I not find another mac retailer to sell me one or wait 2 months to get one from Apple. I got TWO! of them from Ali and Harmen and each were $100 less than if I would have purchased direct from Apple. Very hard to find and they had two in stock. I had tons of questions over a 4 day period, they answered everything each time, never felt like I was taking up their time and never once pushed me away. Super happy to have found them and they will have more business from me in the future.
