Left my mac book with last year to get fixed. Nothing was done over 4 days, I had to keep calling for updates. Then was told the repair would be too costly. Was offered a buy out and store credit for refurbished items in his store. My spidey senses told me to take my mac book and go. I went to GTA Mac repair. They were amazing, honest and fair. Everything was fixed within 24 hours. I do not recommend MacBoys
I have an older Mac Mini that needed repair and data recovery. Kevin worked with me and was extremely careful and thorough with understanding and responding to my priorities. The computer had a version of Adobe CS6 software which he was able to recover with all other data and the original OS. He then put it on a solid state HD. I am beyond happy to have my life back at a very fair price. I have no hesitation at recommending Kevin and MacBoys
I took my water damaged laptop here largely because I have driven by his shop for the last 20 years and he is still in business so I reckoned he must know something.. My background is in electronics - I managed a SMT line for about 10 years and have been a Mac User since the Mac SE. I found Kevin extremely knowledgeable, straight forward and his pricing to be fair.

The gentleman working here is absolutely amazing, calm, humble and soft spoken. Took my macbook air and the service was expectional. This has the be toronto's cheapest, honest, and quickest mac repair place.

I went in to this shop and told him I had a hardrive to replace for my 27 in Mac. It went through a diagnostic test at Apple Genius bar. He said it would need his own diagnosis which cost 95 dollars and because Apple didn't know how to fix things, he also said it could be the logic board and Apple couldn't diagnose this either. I told him it might get too expensive for a re-hab project and so better to throw it out. At this point he jumped and offered $100 dollars for the broken computer. I walked out and fixed it myself. Apple was right, it was the hardrive. It runs perfectly with a new SST bought at Canada Computers. I did the work myself and I am not computer savvy. Please avoid this shop.
