Very disappointed with JH Computer. I paid for a repair that was not completed, and my laptop still has issues. I feel like I wasted both my time and money. The communication about the problem and the repair process was not clear, and I left feeling misled. I personally would not return or recommend. I wish I saw the reviews first to know what kind of a person this guy is, I got my laptop and after two hours it turns off I gave him the time and money and he called me to tell me it was fixed, and suddenly when I appear in his shop he tells me there is another issue,and he wanted to charge me more. he even made some lame excuse about he haven't got a password to check on the laptop and it was written on his info paper.
If you need someone who truly knows their stuff when it comes to building and fixing computers, Augustino is the one to call! He’s not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but he’s also super patient and helpful. Whether it’s troubleshooting issues or building a custom setup, he makes the process smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend him for anything tech-related!
I highly recommend JH Computers. They were extremely clear every step of the way as they diagnosed the issues that my PC was experiencing, they were fast in making the repairs, they were professional and friendly, and they provided pickup and drop-off service as well as a free evaluation. I will definitely use them again in the future!
This will be my first ever negative review for someone. Went to get my laptop screen fixed and regretting till date. Had the hinges and the screen broken off and was told by the owner Augustino that it’ll be fixed once and for all since the laptop was in a brand new condition ( I don’t even use it constantly ) Charged me a big sum of money and did a horrible job. Ever since I got my laptop repaired from him have been regretting it because he did such a cheap job where a couple of screws were missing and the hinges would not support the laptop properly and would need a back support to hold it up ( to which he told me to wait a month and see else come back- fake promises and advice ). Things don’t stop here the screen randomly pops out from the borders and falls on the keypad causing a crack on the screen yet again. And when you call to check in he says he can’t do anything since it’s been a month after the repair. Like who’s going to believe you ever again, seriously disappointed with the service and the response after, feels I’ve been scammed and be-fooled by this smooth talker. Now I’m waiting to see how he responds because I’m sure he won’t take any accountability for this and would blame me for this as if “I’m an infant who can’t use or don’t know how to operate a laptop “ - Augustino’s own words on the phone to me.
This Guy dont know how to repair computers. I am saying about the Mideastern looking guy. Few months back i gave one of my old LAP top to change the bottom case and he latterly burned down the mother board. That time i thought since it is a old laptop may be some thing wrong my laptop. 1 month back i gave my best computer Dell Precession 7510 to change the hinge. He told me will clean the fan and charged huge money. When i took the computer it stated shutting down every 5 or 10 minits. I went back to ask that, he started arguing and quailing with me. If some body sees they will think i am cheating him. He started blaming some thing wrong with my windows. just 1 hour before i gave him the computer to fix it was working just fine and right after he fixed it is shutting down. He said he put thermal past for free. When i asked him to check that, he even got very much angry. I have to go to a different shop and fix it for more money for the mess he created. I think he need to go back to school to learn how to fix the computers and learn how to talk to people.
This man is very dishonest and he does it so smoothly and effortlessly. He says one thing and turns around and lie right in your face. Save yourself and find another location. If your options are limited, PLEASE TURN YOUR PHONE RECORDER ON. GET EVERYTHING HE SAYS IN WRITING. Trust me, it will come in handy when its your word against his. Its PEOPLE like these that make it really difficult to support small businesses. We got the Police involved and currently filing a case with Small Claims Court. PS: HE WILL BE ALL OVER THIS REVIEW. IGNORE THE NOISE (his noise) AND ADVISE YOURSELF
