New Flower Drum is a must-try! The food was so fresh and so tasty! We had wings, chicken balls, spring rolls, lo mein, and lemon chicken. Everything hit the spot. Great vibes, even better food. Always love coming here!
New Flower Drum is the best place to go for a good drink, a good time, good people, and most importantly amazing food. I love this place. They are like family. They bring a great vibe to a bar, and serve some of the best food in the area!
Good. But beware! Overall, the food is good. Got the set meal for 5. Chicken wings had nice flavour and were crispy. Chicken balls had a good ratio of meat to batter. Sweet and sour sauce had good flavour compared to others, which can often be tasteless gloop of sugar, vinegar and cornstarch with food colouring. And the shrimp were good and crispy. Noodles and rice were ok. However, the beef and broccoli with onions was about 90% veg. There was barely any beef in there. Disappointing. The sweet and sour ribs were unexpected. I was thinking proper ribs. These were small pieces that were battered and fried with many pieces of bone and cartilage, which you can't see until you bite into it. Much of it was inedible. Who wants battered bone?!!!!!! Not the best, but also not the worst. May try other dishes next time. Just be cautious with those dishes above!
This place is the best! Amazing food, lots of seating, free pool table, televised sports. So affordable and fun. Cold, cheap beer, too! The people run this place are super friendly and hospitable. Can’t recommend it enough.
I wish I could give negative stars. The food was overly salty and inedible. Additionally, the owner was extremely rude and displayed discriminatory behavior based on race.
Food is ample. We ordered the dinner for two and we had 3 meals out of it. Preparation is simple and they use healthy ingredients. Service is always quick and friendly. Close to home is a bonus! June 7th was a busy day and it was easy to order from New Flower Drum. We get 2 meals usually (Norma has two helpings and loves the ribs)
This is a Family run restaurant with the best Chinese food in the neighborhood, with great prices on food and drinks. The Best Chicken Wings on the Lakeshore. A pool table is available and large screens everywhere, great for Main Sporting Events and UFC Fight Nights. They just renovated their dining room with new furniture and a fresh paint job.
