I’ve been going to KA Car Care regularly, and they consistently deliver outstanding service. Conveniently located in the City Hall parking structure in downtown Toronto, they’ve handled everything from routine washes to more stubborn issues like calcium stains caused by a leak in a parking garage—something most places wouldn’t even notice, let alone fix. The team is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain what services they recommend without any pressure. I always feel like I’m in good hands. Their pricing is more than fair given the high level of attention and care they provide. If you’re looking for reliable, thorough car care in the downtown core, KA Car Care is a hidden gem.
Save your money. I recently took my Jeep in for interior cleaning, which was suppose to include cleaning of “cup-holder”. The interior of the car was in the exact same condition when I brought it in.
some things are too hidden, but you need to find this. Great. great job cleaning and detailing vehicles. I love this place ... thanks Joey for keeping my ride so clean.
I am a very picky customer with unfairly high standards. I spent about a half hour doing my own pass of touch ups, and applying a sealant to my paint after they were done. Overall for the price they do a good job. I wouldn't put them on the level of a detail shop, but I would easily put them above a standard car wash. I think they would benefit from better lighting. There are simple spots that needed a wipe simply because it's so dark where they are working, it must be extremely difficult to be thorough. Staff was very friendly, and did not seem annoyed by me taking up space while doing my final touches, and they were eager to assist if I pointed something out.
Highly disappointed and would not recommend this place or go back. IF I could give zero stars I would. First I was told cash gets you a better price and when I went back to pick up my car I was told 'oh sorry, I closed my register' and here is the higher price with tax that must be paid. You should be honest and honour what you say. So I was forced to pay by card even though I had cash. Next I noticed an air tire cap missing on one of my tires, not the end of the world but it should still be there. Then the next day I opened my console and noticed the cover/lid was extremely loose and wobbly, like it was bent back or they didn't know how to open it and aggressively opened it. It was not like that before I brought my vehicle in. I was livid and still am. I was going to go back/call but I am not interested in hearing what they have to say or trying to fix it because they won't know how or place the blame back on me - I take care of my car, I know what shape it is in. Then this..I have a few car cleaning supplies in my trunk, one of them armour all protectant spray. I was unloading groceries from my trunk and the screw on top was not screwed on and it came off when a bagged brushed against it. When I looked in the bottle and smelled it they filled it with soapy water!!! Who does that?! Disgusting! Do not go here, stay away. This place is located in the basement of the Nordstrom parking lot at Sherway Gardens. They had one spotlight to see to clean your vehicle another sign I shouldn't have left my car. There were 3 girls working and 'Joey'. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I definitely don't want to hear, call us so we can fix this - it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Do better and hire people that actually know how to detail a car and take pride in it. Do not go here and if you decide to go because of all the high-end vehicles they post, do not leave your car unattended.
I went here yesterday to detail my car. The owner Joey is super kind and friendly, the ladies did an amazing job inside and outside! The price is super affordable and it’s in such a great location you can shop or hang at the mall while your car is detailed. They were also quite fast, it took under 2 hours for a full detail for a hatchback sedan. I highly recommend!
There is no praise high enough for Joey @ KA Car Care. He is a passionate professional and a truly kind man. This world would be a better place if more business owners and more human beings were like Joey. 10/10 -- get your car detailed here.
