This is only good for salt and dust! It's sooooo slow if there's any line up at all you will have to wait forever, plus it didn't even wash the bird poop of my car like it's still everywhere, I swear there's spots that didn't even get wet
I have subscription but this location sucks. I tried going there every week but half the time it is broken so they blocked the carwash. I can't count how many carwash codes I have wasted because this one was broken
I only think it's ok because I can wash at the most random times, there isn't another location very close to here so the many people with subscriptions wait a long time for a wash.
This is the worst tunnel car wash I’ve ever dealt with. I have a subscription, and I’ve used it several times, turning a blind eye to the flaws, but now it’s beyond unacceptable. There are constant issues: either huge lines or the wash is completely closed, even though I always arrive during working hours, around 6 PM. Today was the last straw. I arrived and saw a line with over an hour of waiting. Fine, I thought, I’ll come back later. I came back — it was closed! I went to another location, and there was another one-hour wait. It’s ridiculous. One time, both locations were closed, and I wasted my time driving around for nothing. This is unbearable. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone, and I’m switching to a different one.
Customer service is terrible, I decided to wash the car before putting gas on the car and was charged $2.00 extra for the car wash, the person in circle K did not explain the conditions. Asked for the refund on my card and she told me that it wasn’t possible to cancel the car wash code, in other words…. I just had to pay extra. You should hire people with better customer service, they should explain better before charging, I will not return to this gas station.
The best car wash in the West Toronto area. If you pay for premium, you get to choose whether you want touchless or soft touch. I always go for touchless. It’s so hard to find touchless car washes! It’s liberal with the soap and the wash is slow but excellent. The dryer sometimes feels concerningly too concentrated and strong but I guess it’s usually ok.
This spot is very good for an automatic carwash, water pressure is high and cleans well. You are given the option of touchless or to use their spinning brushes. Be on the lookout for packages for savings.
