I placed an order on tuesday, and i wasn't able to come to pick it up. They have not refunded me, and it's been a week. Ridiculous service, crappy management. REFUND ME MY ORDER. I will be reporting you guys to the AGCO.

Placed my order after closing (approx 11:30pm for pickup the next morning. When I got to the store I was told my order was canceled. Anything ordered the day before is canceled. So why can I order after you close? Why not send the same text message to cancel as when a order is ready for pickup I’ll have to go where my order doesn’t get cancelled. EDITED Where do you get 12 hrs from? I ordered at 11:30 ish for 9am pick-up. Pre-ordering is standard everywhere else.
I celebrated my 19th birthday 3 weeks ago. So naturally I wanted to celebrate with edibles. Little did I know the first time I've ever been ID'd I would get laughed at and told I should know better than to use a fake ID. (I provided my valid Drivers License). When telling the employee he made a mistake we were kicked out of the establishment by him and his manager. Great way to treat a new customer. -10/10 Do not go here unless you want to be treated like garbage and insulted...
